Bone Bender Updates - 4/12/11

Due to our event size and parking limitations, we are having to make a small change in our start/finish location. The start/Finish and registration area is now moving to the Swim Beach area.

Parking will now be at the Swim Beach with additional parking along the course (see map). This will be an ideal location to setup your team pits.

Here is the updated course map.

BB36 Course Map

Here is an updated course map. Overall a well balanced course that will satisfy your dirt needs. Some features include miles of "blue" sweet single track, short power climbs, short technical sections, some rocks, some roots, a couple shallow creek crossings, double track, beautiful views and even some short pave' sections to allow for refueling. Speaking of refueling, we will have two "Hammer Nutrition Aid Stations" on the course. Basically everything you ever wanted in a mountain bike course. Distance is ~ 9.5 miles. Lap times will be from 1 hour to 1:30 depending on your early season fitness, your riding ability and race day conditions. Here are some course pictures.
